These are the final stages of my newspaper name. I decied to include 'Express' in my final name as the others appeared to be too spaced out because there wasn't enough text. This way it appeals as fast, quick news for the reader. I also decided to choose maroon rather than bright red as the red seems overpowering and tacky.
This is my final name that I will use for my front page. I have only used 2 simple colours on a blank background to ensure that it doesn't overpower everything else on the page. The white background enables the text to stand out well. I chose the slogan 'keeping you informed' as it's more personal to the reader and makes them think the newspaper is designed just for their use only.
