1) In what ways does your media product use, develop or challenge forms and conventions of real media products?
For my chosen area which was newspaper, I decided to stick to the usual conventions to ensure that it was successful. Through doing this it allows me to take my own spin on current designs within the market, from this my creativity has increased and also my understanding of real media conventions. I have used typical conventions within a local newspaper such as
- Name of the newspaper, masthead, subheading, images, adverts, price, date, website, colour schemes, competitions, a main story, substorys.
